I Am Cannibal.: I MADE DINNER.

AND IT WAS GOOOODDD.

YUM.

Anyways, So I’ll stop bragging now. I made dinner, well I cant credit 1/3 of it to myself my dad grilled chicken. (AND ITS BOMB, but thats for another blog…)

The part I made was some garlic parmesan orzo pasta and stuffed mushrooms.

Dinner tonight (at bf’s request) is shoyu beef, with garlic fried mushroom rice, mixed stirred vegetables with ginger and sesame, and some salad :)

I’m surprised I didn’t stub my toe or trip over anything. Moving day is this Saturday. Let’s hope I can get the big purple couch out…

This is my friend Brooke’s vegan food blog, called SporksOrChopsticks. She has a strong background in the culinary world, and keeping vegan while eating delicious food can be impossible! She has some great cooking tips, not to mention photos that make me drool on my keyboard.

Sana lang may natututunan ako sa course nakinuha ko. na Hotel and Restaurant Management na more on COOKING ang pinag aaralan! Pero HOW? Kung habang nag luluto ang mga classmate ko at nasa loob ng kitchen ay kami namang iba ay nasa labas at namimili lang ng mga papasok sa kitchen at may limit ang bawat bilang ng members sa isang group! haha! WTF!! natatawa nalang ako na nabibwiset!!!

Tonight I cooked the yummiest quesadillas ever! So yummy that we ate them so fast that I unfortunately didn’t have time to snap a photo.

Chicken, yellow peppers, orange peppers, red onions, and garlic sauteed and served on a tomato tortilla with a little fat free mozzarella. I ate it with a little salsa.

Soo good and I’m finally taking the time to learn to cook! Yay! :]

I’m not sure if I should..

cook something or not. These would be the reasons why i wouldn’t cook.
1. I’m watching SNL on hulu and it’s pretty entertaining.
2. It’s kinda cold and I don’t wanna get up and move around.
3. I don’t really know how to cook..
4. I don’t feel like dealing with the fire department.
